Are you out of breath when you run? It's not a lack of fitness... it's a lack of strategy!
🏃♂️ Here are the key tips to avoid running out of breath:
- Run slow, run easy
If you're hyperventilating, you're going faster than your body can handle.
👉 Challenge: Run for 5-10 minutes breathing only through your nose. That's your ideal pace.
- Train your breath-holding
✔️ Inhale, pinch your nose and hold for 30 seconds.
✔️ Exhale completely, pinch your nose and hold for 15 seconds.
Repeat both exercises 3-5 times, 2-3 times a week.
- Strengthen your core
Breathing also depends on your muscles.
Do abdominal and core exercises: they will help you exhale better and prevent the feeling of breathlessness.
